5/15/10: Just couldn’t resist this one. It has nothing to do with American rugby, but it’s pretty amusing.

5/8/10: Highlights from the USA’s win over England at the 2010 Adelaide, Australia 7′s. Great game and a great win that helped propel the squad to their first ever Cup Final.

How Fast is Bennie Brazell? Here he is up against Paul Emerick and Mile Pulu before the Las Vegas 7′s. Note that he clearly pulls up at the end to look back at the guys he left in the dust. Had he not, he would have certainly pulled in under 5 seconds in the 40 meter dash. With a little math skills in action, his 5.10 in the 40 meter amounts to a 4.66 over 40 yards… even after letting up at the end.
