		<description><![CDATA[You are correct. A few of the men have been involved with the various forms of the venture since as early as 2003. A few of them are more recent additions and there are a couple I know about that are very recent. 

Yes, when scraped down to the surface, the competition is an invitational tournament. Albeit an invitational with theoretically more money on the line than any tournament ever. When they add the additional qualifying rounds, it&#039;ll certainly be more interesting as it then has more of a &quot;series&quot; feel.

That said, they still have a lot of work ahead of them. With news of their competitions swirling around for quite some time, many people will remain skeptical until they&#039;re literally in the seats, beer in hand, watching the games. Proving to the rugby public that they are for real this time may prove just as daunting as getting the entire operation off the ground.]]></description>
